Returns Policy

  • Adara will happily exchange merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in original condition.
  • All sizing and measurement information is available on our website, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
  • Adara does not refund items unless there is a manufacturing fault, however we can do exchanges.
  • When returning your merchandise, please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be liable for missing parcels. You are responsible for the shipping costs if you are returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non refundable.
  • Please note that all of our products are handcrafted from genuine leather and therefor might vary slightly in appearance.
